UYM-CITY brings young people, youth workers and local communities together through inclusive urban trails.
We use walking, storytelling and shared exploration to make cities more active, accessible and welcoming for everyone.
Urban trails that encourage light physical activity and help young people experience their city in a new way.
Shared walks create opportunities for dialogue, belonging, intercultural exchange and community connection.
The trails are designed with inclusion in mind, considering different needs, backgrounds and barriers to participation.
Cities are not equally accessible to everyone.
Young people may face economic, cultural, social or accessibility-related barriers when taking part in sport, outdoor activities or community life. CITY responds by creating flexible, low-threshold and meaningful ways to move, meet and participate.
CITY turns urban walking into a tool for inclusion, well-being, learning and active participation.
